The documents iclude: visa application form V2011A and V2011B, your recent passport photos, your passport and photocopy of the data page, original and photocopy of the notification of admission from the receiving school, completed Visa Application Form (JW-202 or JW-201), Physical Examination form (Q-2) and original HIV/AIDS clinical test report and a photocopy. It usually takes 4 working days to process a visa.0
