Should I apply for the China Visa in Dubai or Abudhabi?

I am an Indian Citizen living in UAE for over 33 years. My current residence visa in UAE is from Abudhabi but I live in Dubai along with my wife and youngest son. where should we apply for the chinese visa? In Dubai consulate or Abudhabi Embassy? Pls advise.
