beijing airport to badaling great wall

Hello, I am arriving at Beijing International Airport at 6 am and was hoping to go straight to the Great Wall for a few hours as I am only in Beijing for one night stop over on Saturday 5th November. What would be the best way for me to get from the Airport to Badaling Great Wall and then back to Beijing City to a hotel? Many thanks

Go directly from the airport to Badaling, the only way is to hire a taxi which is costly. Normally, they may not bw willing to go and wait for a couple of hours there. If someone would do this, 600RMB from the airport to the great wall, perhaps and not return trip I guess. Perhaps you can take taxi to Deshengmen Arrow Gate from the airport and there is bus 877 just behind the arrow gate running to Badaling. You can also get to Xizhimen (Beijing North Train Station). There is trains to Badaling either.
