Study Visa documents enquiry

I have received an offer to undertake my undergraduate studies in China. I have these documents ready:
JW202 Form, Admission notice and Physical exams form. Which other documents do I need? Which of the visa type applies to me, single or multi entry?

Thanks already!

you also need to provide your passport, one passport photo, filled China visa application form V.2011A and Supplementary visa application form V.2011B, maybe your or your parents' bank statement is required by the embassy to prove you can burden the expense in China. You need to apply for single entry visa. In fact, the student visa (X visa) is single entry, valid for 3 months, you have to apply for residence permit at the local Public Security Bureau within 30 days after arrive.

single entry, which is valid for 30 days.So you will need to register for a residence permit before the 30 days expire
