About:Marriage Registration in China

Single Status Certificate - Certificate of No Impediment

My Chinese Girl freind lives in Guanzhou, but originally from a different province.

She is comming to UK to marry, but can someone please advise the name of government department she needs to go to get a Certificate of No Impediment

She needs to go to the Civil Affairs Bureau (民政局) in the city where her household registration is make to get a Certificate of No Impediment.
