Hi. I am flying from Kazakhstan to Bangkok through Bejing (PEK) - Guangzhou (CAN). Do I need a Visa?

Yes, you need a China visa, for you'll go out of the airport transit area to the domestic departure area to take flight from Beijing to Guangzhou.
