I need to go to Jingan District. Will this be nearer from Hongqiao airport or Pudong airport.

Also, if I were to get down at PUDONG airport; how long will it take for me to reach the Jingan District and the best possible modes of transport that I could avail for this.. Look forward to some recommendations...
