travel to Lhasa

If I go to Lhasa I need the pass to enter in Tibet? and where I can take it? I want to go by train. Can you explain what I have to do? Thank you

Yes, Tibet Travel Permit is a must for foreigners to visit Tibet. And you could contact some travel agencies to arrange the tickets and permit for you. You would better book the tickets in advance since train tickets are always hard to purchase in China.
