The required documents include: passport application form, 3 recent passport photos, original passport and its photocopy, your Australian resident permit and its photocopy (if you have got the permanent Australian resident permit for more than two years, you need to additionally submit a certificate proving that you have not join Australian nationaliy); all the photocopies should be in A4 papers.
