Boarding pass and T3 to T2 Transfer in Beijing capital Airport

Arrive in T3 from USA on United Airlines and after about a five hrs layover depart from T2 to Dhaka, Bangladesh on China Eastern. Need to get boarding pass for China Southern flight at Beijing airport after arrival from USA. I am assuming China Eastern is located at T2. Where and how to get China Eastern boarding pass (at T3 or T2) and how to transfer to T2 from T3? Do I need a transit visa? Thanks.

Every seven minutes, there is a free shuttle bus leaving from Terminal 3 for Terminal 2 and then Terminal 1, vice versa. The bus just takes 15 minutes for one-way. Pick-up stations: T3 -- Gate 5 on the 1st Floor.

You can do this transfer and get the boarding pass as the following procedure:
Arrive at the International Arrival Level at 3F of T3-E → proceed with transfer procedures → pass through the Transit Inspection in special passage in the east or west → take cross-terminal bus from T3 to T2 → accept Security Inspection in the special passage → go through the customs sample check of hand baggage if necessary →get your boarding pass→Waiting & Boarding
