About:Yangtze River Cruise

Can I go to Huanglong, Sichuan on March?

Some websites state that Huanglong is closed during winter (November to March)
and I'm going to backpack in China around March. Then, will I get a chance to see this sceneric spot?

Hard to say. It was opened on April 1 this year. So, I would suggest you go after March.
