About:China Visa

Will my application for tourist visa in china this coming month be affected if I have overstayed last time?

the situation was this, it was an honest mistake because i overlooked the visa expiration duration stay in china, should be 7 days only but i stayed for 1 month, but when i returned to manila and about to exit the china airport, they noticed the date, so i payed for my fine of overstayed days, then went back to manila, good thing the airline waited me.. so my question is will this affect my application for tourist visa again in china. Im planning to apply again, this time for 1 month stay.

I'm afraid there is a great chance you'll be refused by the embassy.
