About:Chinese Embassy in Germany

I am Australian, my working holiday VISA has just recently expired. Am I still able to claim I was a resident here for 9 months to obtain a tourist VISA for China?

I am to travel to China in 3 weeks and require a VISA. Will the consulate grant me one if I have my anmeldung and just recently expired working holiday VISA. I also still have a rental contract up until the end of September.
Thanks
Marcus

Generally speaking, it is not hard for Australians to get a China visa in Hong Kong. You can try to apply China visa in Hong Kong even though your HK working holiday visa has just recently expired. You can ask the CTS Hong Kong Limited to help you to get a China visa.
