About:Chinese Embassies in Europe

Visa for Indian Nationals to Hong Kong, the India national living and working in Russia (St. Petersburg ) for past 21 years.

Dear Sirs,Madame
I have a booking for a cruise starting from 8th January 2012 from Singapore which ends in Hong Kong.
I am an Indian National living and working in Russia (St. Petersburg ) for past 21 years.
What is the procedure of applying for the visa.
Do I need to apply for a visa at all incase I am going to be in Hong Kong only for 3 days?

You don't need a visa to Hong Kong, Indian passport holders are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong for up to 14 days.

If the cruise ship will go through the port within Mainland China, you need to apply for a China tourist visa at China embassy in St.Petersburg.
