Want to Travel from MACAU to GUANGZHOU,SHENZHEN on 25-09-11

Hi, Anybody can guide and help me the following travel-plan I have made with my family :

1. I want to go to Shenzhen from Macau on 25-09-2011 by Ferry.
I will stay in Hotel EMPEROR. From where I can catch Ferry for
Shenzhen and what is the timing and duration for Shenzhen ?

2. On 27th September I want to tour to GUANZHOU, how to book
one day tour to Guanzhou for 3-adults and one 6-years child.

3. On 28th September I want tp go to HONG KONG from Shenzhen.
How should I go there? By Train or by Ferry. Which will be cost
effective and as well Faster ?

Please guide as I will be travelling with my family having a Child.
