a train travel from Beijing to Shanghai

Dear sirs,
I am interested to make a train travel from Beijing to Shanghai, and I have two questions; 1) could you tell me please where in located the station in Shanghai?.. Is in Hongqiao airport? 2) If we buy online, where do I pick up the tickets? Is possible to send those tickets to our hotel in Beijing?
