If I buy the ticket through you can I cancel or change my ticket also through you? In case of alternative ticket, will you confirm with the passenger first before buying the ticket? Thanks for any information.

It depends, since only some accommodation trains are not air-conditioned. They will confirm the alternative trains with you first. But once the tickets are issued, they are non-refundable and non-changeable.
