About:Chinese Embassy in Belgium

Is it possible to get a tourist visa as a Belgian while not being in Belgium?

I am travelling in Asia, but i dont know when to go to China. Is it possible to arrange a visum before the travelling, or can it be also arranged while being abroad?

If you will travel to China within 3 months, you'd better arrange a China visa before the travelling. A single entry China tourist visa is only valid for 3 months. It is hard for you to get a China visa while being abroad, you have to try in every country you will visit.
