How to make the power of attorney to cancel the procedure of apply Egyptian passport for my Chinese wife?

Good day sir/madam
I am an Egyptian Citizen married to a Chinese Citizen 1 year ago, and while we were in Egypt we asked if she could get the Egyptian nationality the Immigration department said yes and it would be within two years.
and she could keep her Chinese nationality! and we applied for the nationality which will take 2 years for obtaining it. but after a while we were informed that she will lose her Chinese nationality . so now we want to cancel the procedure, we live in China recently, We are trying to do the Power of attorney or an attorney letter for my mother or brother in Egypt for doing it. We live in Shenzhen, So please tell me what to do? thanks alot for your help

China government doesn't recognize dual nationality, once she obtains the Egypt nationality, she will lose her Chinese nationality.

Now you have to find a local Notary Office in Shenzhen to make the Power of Attorney, then make it authenticated by Shenzhen Foreign Affairs Office, at last make it authenticated by Egypt Embassy in Beijing.

Good day Mr. Kevin, thanks a lot for replying me, well, here we went to the shenzhen foreign affairs they said they don't do a personal matter papers ( they don't seal for personal things ) and they gave us a card for a small office ( betweeners) so strange! and when i went with my wife to that office, it was not a government office!! but anyway, maybe we can go to Guangzhou ( main Guangdong foreign affairs office) ? thanks again for your answer,
