About:China Talent Visa

64 year old attorney interested in working in China.

Many years of experience in the practice of law, and 5 years as a magistrate. Have taught English as a Second Language as a volunteer for 6 years. Is there any chance for me to obtain a Z or R Visa to work in PRC in any area of employment or any geographical location?

R is issued to those professional talents. I don't think attorney is the talent China wants. For Z type, I think you have little chance to get one because you are older than 60.
