About:Chinese Consulate in New York

Is there a professional (attorney) service that can visit the consulate for me in NY?

It is hard for me to take time off work during the work days. I am a HK citizen living abroad in NY with an expired HK passport. I need to renew my HKSAR passport.

It is not heard that there is a such kind of service or not, so it is suggested to consulate the consult in NY directly. Or you can directly contact the HK Immigration Department for asking this issue and their phone number is (852) 2824 6111.
