About:Chinese Consulate in Perth

Do you need invitation to visit as tourist? Has to be original passport? Appy to Brown St Perth?

The invitation letter is not required for tourist visa application, but the original passport should be submitted for the application. You have to apply visa at the China Consulate in Perth (45 Brown Street, East Perth) if you live in Western Australia.
