The visa to Hong Kong and Macau is different from your China Single entry visa. If you hold INdia passport, you can enter Hong Kong and Macau without a visa for 14 days. Then you can enter Mainland China. Or you can enter Mainland China, then HK and Macau but can not go back to the mainland again. Just one entry.
