Appropriate dressing for Taiwan Trip November

Hi all, I'll be travelling to Taiwan in early November, covering mountainous and coastal areas like Hualien/Taroko, Yilan, YMS, Sun Moon Lake, etc. What would the recommended dressing be? I've been in Taipei in late April once and very unexpectedly, the temperature dropped to 12 deg celcius and i had to get a light winter coat. Thanks!

Unless the unexpected typhoon happens, the days in Nov is mild and comfortable when the average temperature is 15C to 20C. Since weather is changeful, you'd better check the weather forecast before leaving.
