About:Directions for Use of Shanghai Public Transportation Card

Shanghai Card Refund

You mentioned above that if the balance on the card is between CNY 10 and 2,000, invoice should be taken to ask for the return of money. I do not quite understand. where should i get the invoice and how? can i get the remaining money back immediately?

When you buy the card, they will give you an invoice. You should remian it. If the balance is between CNY 10 and CNY2,000, you need to take the invoice and 5% handling fee to get the refund.
