About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

I am holding Indian passport ,can I apply for Chines Visa from vancouver Canada ?

I am having return ticket from Vancouver to Beizing (28thAugaust2011 ) and Beizing to New Delhi (31/08/2011 ) Can I get two days Visa for 2 days for Beizing. At present Iam participating in 5th Sr World Badminton Championship at Richmond Canada

You can submit your visa application to Chinese consulate in Vancouver. They have Rush Service (same day pick-up)and Express Service (2 to 3 working days pick-up) for visa processing, additional service fee is $50CAD and $35CAD.
