Can you tell me the Bus from the Luoyang Longmen trains station to Longman Grottoes?

I am coming by train from Xian, arriving at Luoyang Longmen Train station at around 10 am. I need a bus to take me to the Longmen Grottes in the morning, and then another one to get back in the evening. Thank you for your help.
