My friend and I took the free Venetian shuttle bus to the Macau Ferry Terminal, and then change to lisboa free shuttle bus to reach it. After, we walk to the Leal Senado Square, Ruins of St.Paul and Museum of Macau. We only spent one day there, so didin't visit other places you've mentioned. But I think you don't need to worry about it too much. Macau is much smaller than those cities in mainland China. If your hotel have the free shuttle bus service, just use it as most as you can, say to the transport hub like the ferry terminal. Usually, there are city buses runing to the scenic sites from those transport hub. Or you can just travel by taxi. It shouldn't be too expensive.
