Question

Hello,Will it be possible to buy train tickets (soft sleepers for 2) from Kunming to Chengdu the same day or the day before ?We shall be in Dali and do the Guest house will be able to get the tickets for us ?I can't buy in advance for we may prolong our stay in Yunnan.Many thanks.

It is better for you to book the tickets several days in advance in order to get soft sleeper tickets.You can try to ask for your guest house to help you get the ticket, but I am not sure whether your guest house offers this service. You need to consult about that. Another way for you is to book it online in advance.
