About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

Transit visa in Shanghai Pudong airport

I'm arriving at Pudong from Taipei January 24, then I go to Moscow, but between the flights I have 20 free hours and want to go to the city, tell me please, is it possible or not?

If you hold Russian passport, you could not exit from the airport to downtown Shanghai without transit visa.
