Shenzhen VOA @ Lo Wu was stopped temporary from 15 july - 31 august 2011 ?

Is it true that Shenzhen VOA Lo Wu was stopped temporary from 15 july - 31 august 2011?

Yes, I also hear this piece of news, the Shenzhen VOA at Lo Wu will be stopped temporary from 15 july - 31 august because of the 26th Summer Universiade, Shenzhen
