Can I apply for work visa again if my work visa application is denied?

hello everyone!im here in philippines now applying for Z visa. I was interview by the consul already he check my requirements he said its ok .. the thing is he told me i need to wait until monday coz thr supevisor who's going to approve/decide is on a vacation and will be back on monday. My worries is what if i get denied and i was waiting for too long. BUT IF EVER I GET DENIED CAN I STILL REAPPLY??? PLS. HELP :-(
