About:Chinese Consulates in India

Is there a centre in kolkata to apply for visa for China?

I want to go china for some purchasing business.is it required to book a return ticket in advance as i dont know,how long it is going to take me for the purchasing.I want a visa for Hong kong as well how do i get it??

If you reside in the State of Bihar, Chattisgarh, Jharkhand, Orissa, or West Bengal, you need to apply for a China from Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China in Kolkata. Address: EC-72, Sector I, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-700064
You need to provide a confirmed return flight ticket and its photocopy when submit your visa application. And if you are Indian citizen, you are not required visa to HK if you will stay there for less than 14 days.
