Can I apply a F-visa in Hanoi or HCMC?

Hi

I am a Danish student and I am going to study at Fudan University this fall. Is it possible to apply for a F-visa in Hanoi or HCHC? I have both the Student Visa Application for Study in China (Form JW202) and Admission Letter from Fudan University.

I was unfortunately not awere that the F-visa only allows single-entry, so I am in a very sad situation because I have a paid for a travel tour through China, Vietnam and Cambodja. Now I have to apply for at tourist visa for my entry into China the first time, so I just want to make sure that I can apply for a F-visa in Vietnam, otherwise I have a huge problem.

Anyone with some suggestions?

F visa for study is in most cases a single entry. You may apply for a tourist visa to China in Denmark for this travel.
To apply for an F visa in Vietnam is possible but not safe for one hundred percent. So, if possible to delay your travel, you are recommended to apply for an F visa to China in Denmark first, and change it into a residence permit after you enter China. The residence permit will work as a multiple entry China visa, so that you can travel abroad with it.
