US citizen needing documents notarized in HCMC

Hello! My husband needs to get a background check and degree, marriage certificate, etc. notarized at the Chinese consulate. Is this possible? Their website seems to indicate that only Chinese citizens can do so. Thanks, Mel

Melanie, your husband needs to notarize his documents in his home country and authenticate them at Chinese Embassy.
