documents needed for a China student visa and visa for family members?

My husband will study language at China for some years. What are the requirements to apply study visa from Indonesia and what kind of visa should we (me and our 2 years old child) get to stay in China with my husband during his time of study? What are the requirements to apply those visa? thanks.

Documents needed for F visa application are as follows:
1. Original passport which has more than 18 months left before it expires from the date of application for a visa and sufficient blank visa pages.
2. One completed Visa Application Form with a recently-taken passport photo (only 2 inch * 2 inch color photo with light background like light blue and white is acceptable).
3. In addition to the above-mentioned documents, you should also provide:
(1) Visa Application for Study in China (Form JW-201 or Form JW-202, original and copy);
(2) Admission Notice (original and copy)
(3) An applicant who will study in China for more than six months shall also provide a Physical Examination Record for Foreign Citizen.
