i'm spanishlive in spain, can i get chinesse visa in tokyo?

I'm spanish and I live in Spain. I will be in Japan during the month of August and I would like to go to China (5 days tourist trip). I cannot get my visa in Spain, because I'm leaving in three days time. I don not live in Japan. Could I get my Visa y the Tokyo Embassy?.  Thank you in advance for your answer

You can try to apply China visa through China embassy in Tokyo. The entry record to Japan on your passport is helpful for China visa application. Please submit your passport and copy, fill the visa application form V.2011A and V.2011B, one passport photo, the confirmed two-way flight tickets and hotel voucher.
