I am going to Japan but have to transit through Hong Kong what is that transit visa fee and how long does it take?

I am going to Japan but have to transit through Hong Kong what is that transit visa fee and how long would it take for the transit visa to be issued.

Can you tell me your nationality? If you hold a Chinese passport, you don't need to apply for the transit visa becasue Chinese passport holders enjoy 7 days visa free transit in Hong Kong if they hold the through flight tickets and the valid visa to the next destination.
