Is it possible to get Hongkong visa from China and what's its procedure?

I am in China on F visa (six months) and will leave earlier to go to my country Pakistan. Before going to Pakistan, I would like to go to Hongkong for three days. I would like to know if it is possible to get Hongkong visa from China and what its procedure is
