@tickets delivery

Hello,
You say you need a hotel address to deliver the tickets, but we arrive in Shanghai at my cousin's place on July the 29th, and we do not go to a hotel before taking the train.
Can we have the tickets delivered at his apartment or some other place? Do you have an agency in Shanghai?
