please do recommend any agency do have this kind of service to rent a private car

I didn't use any but I suggested other people to use this website, TravelChinaGuide. You may try and you can also contact others which look formal and reliable, then compare their servies and prices.

To rent a private car is not safe. Maybe you just find a local tavel agency in Chengdu and rent a reliable tour car for you.
