Complaining a tour agency / tour group in Chengdu
I had a bad experience in Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou, what was promised and what was delivered was different and that there was forced shopping. Even when i was sick, they refused to let me rest and insisted that i shop. I want to complain and preferably get a refund back or at least half of it. How and where can I complain? I was told to dial 12315 but i couldnt get through.
