i am having F visa and i have to enter china on or before 21st August but i have some domestic problems and i want to visit china in September, so if i apply again for the new visa what will be the requirements

Invitation letter from China is valid for 6 months to apply for China business visa. So, check the letter first if it is ok for use. If it is within 6 months, you can start now for a new business visa application. Other requirements are the same and your previous F visa to China is helpful this time.
