Is it possible to by train tickets in Beijing for a trip going from Xian to Beijing? Can you recommend?

Can you recommend any travel agency in Beijing north east part?

Yes, you could buy the train tickets departing from Beijing or arriving at Beijing at tickets offices or train stations in Beijing. There are many tickets offices in the Northeast part and Beijing train station is just located in Dongcheng District.
