There is an option for you visit HK for more than 14 days without a visa, it's true that Filipinos are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong for 14 days at most, you can stay in Hk for 14 days without a visa, then go to Macau and return to Hong Kong for another 14 days stay duration.

You can't travel between Macau and Hong Kong frequently for getting 14 days stay duration in Hong Kong, the immigration officer will notice it if you travel between Macau and Hong Kong frequently, therefore, you can only get 14 days stay duration in Hong Kong for three times at most.
