Travelling from Singapore and staying up till 14 days

Are there any things to take note of when travelling between muttiple cities and staying up till 14 days?
For the first 6 days, we are travelling to Xiamen first and will also be visiting Chaozhou, Chaoshan. For the next 7 days, we will be staying in Jieyang, Puning.

Is Visa needed and are there any things to take note of?
