About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I am an EU citizen taking part in a summer program at SKKU in Seoul. Is it anyhow possible to get a Visa for China without having this residence card (ARC)?

I am currently taking part in a summer program at SKKU in Seoul; since I am an EU citizen I do not need any visa or residence permit thereto. Hence, I have no such ARC. How can I still get a visa for China now?

NO, you are required to provide an ARC valid for more than 6 month if you want to apply for China visa there. An alternative is to apply it in Hong Kong if visit China via Hong Kong is possible for you.
