Are there any trains leaving Beijing to Manzhouli on Wednesday evening or at night? May I know the time table? is it T trains ? How many people can share the soft sleeper cabins? What is the cost?Thank you.

Yes, train 1301 and K19 is operating daily from Beijing to Manzhouli, and respectively departing at 10:49 and 23:00. Usually, four berths are available in one cabin. The soft sleeper costs around CNY457 on train K19. You could also search more details on the website.
