Can one get a Z Visa as a spouse accompanying an employee when one is HIV positive? Tom

As I know, now aliens who are HIV positive are allowed to enter China since the change of police in April, 2010. If the employee with HIV positive can get Z visa to China and get temporary Residence Permit within 30 days after entry, you can get a Z visa as a spouse accompanying an employee.
