5.10AM arrive HK, transport to Eaton

Hello, my flight arrives Hong Kong at 5.10AM, will I be able to buy the Octopus card?
Will I be able to use the Octopus card to pay for bus A21 from airport to Eaton Smart Hotel? How long will the journey take and will the driver tell me to get off when the bus arrives at Eaton Smart Hotel?

I'm afraid you have to wait for some time to aroudn 6 am to buy the Octopus Card at the airport express customers center. I don't think the driver will tell you to get off when you reach the hotel. If you will go to Eaton Smart Hotel, you should get off at the 10 stop named Nathan Hotel, Nathan Road from the airport by bus A21.
